Shipping Policy

Order Dispatch All orders are processed the same day before NOON cut off, and if placed later than noon, they are shipped the next working day. Occasionally, order processing may take longer than usual due to unavailability of stocks and public holidays. As soon as the order is processed and dispatched, our system sends an email notification to the buyer's registered email address informing about the shipment.

Delivery Time Majority of the orders are delivered within 01-10 business days from the day they are shipped. Please note, the delivery time may vary upon shipping location.Due to technical reasons, our logistics partner is unable to deliver mail to some parts of the country. In such cases, we are required to make exceptional preparations to deliver the merchandise. The delivery of mail to these locations can take longer than our standard shipping time.

Shipping Cost Shipping charges shall be applicable on all orders; however, the cost of shipping will depend on the size and weight of the order and your account arrangements. Shipping fee shall also vary depending on the delivery location.In case of any queries regarding the cost of shipping, we request you to consult our customer service department beforehand.

Order Status and Tracking You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Once signed in, just click on your order number to check the status of your parcel.You may also email or call our customer service department with your invoice number to get assistance with your order tracking.

Returns & Refunds

We have a "No questions Asked" return policy. If for some reason you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted unless authorised by our team. Please ensure that all returns are in their original packaging and in a sealed condition.

Your refund will be processed, once our returns team confirms the return has been received. Please bear in mind all refunds are made to the original mode of payment or an account credit in case of bank transfer.
